These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through Giuliana Diamonds, whether via our website, by telephone, or during a private consultation. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully, as they establish the foundation of trust upon which every transaction with our Maison is built.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Giuliana Diamonds. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns regarding payment authorisation. An order is considered accepted only upon our issuance of an order confirmation.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the price and invite you to proceed at the revised amount or cancel your order.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing by Giuliana Diamonds. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. For bespoke commissions, a deposit may be required to commence work, with the balance due prior to delivery.
Title to the goods passes to you only upon full receipt of cleared funds. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment systems.
Product Availability
Our collections are curated with care, and certain pieces may be available in limited quantities. If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or assist you in selecting an alternative of comparable merit.
Bespoke and Custom Orders
Bespoke commissions represent a singular collaboration between you and our atelier. Because these pieces are created to your individual specifications, they are crafted expressly for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
All bespoke and custom orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. By commissioning a bespoke piece, you acknowledge that the creative process has begun upon receipt of your deposit and that cancellations may incur charges reflecting work already undertaken.
We will provide detailed specifications, renderings, and — where appropriate — wax models or digital previews for your approval before final production. It is your responsibility to review these carefully and confirm your satisfaction.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer insured worldwide shipping on all orders. Each piece is carefully inspected, beautifully packaged, and dispatched via our trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary by destination and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package. Giuliana Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment. However, because all shipments are fully insured, any loss or damage occurring during transit will be handled directly with our insurers at no cost to you. Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us immediately of any visible damage.
Returns
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your acquisition. Non-custom pieces may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@giuliana.diamonds to receive return instructions and a prepaid, insured shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders for stocked items may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. Bespoke and custom orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced, except at our sole discretion and subject to charges reflecting work completed to date.
Warranties
All Giuliana Diamonds pieces are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accident, misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repair.
Natural diamonds and gemstones are accompanied by grading reports from respected gemmological laboratories where applicable. These reports describe the characteristics of the stone at the time of certification; they do not constitute a guarantee of future value or condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giuliana Diamonds' liability arising from or relating to any purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
